Day Delegate Packages

To make organizing your business function as straightforward as possible, we have put together a range of special delegate packages.

A half day delegate rates include:

  • Meeting room hire plus, screen, flip chart, pad & pen, mineral water
  • Tea and coffee on mid-morning – with seasonal fruits, pastries and cookies
  • A lunch buffet or set menu in your meeting room or in our restaurants such as Hoa Mai Restaurant.
  • Wifi internet access (please give 24 hours’ notice if you require this)

Full day delegate rates include:

  • Meeting room hire plus, screen, flip chart, pad & pen, mineral water
  • A.M. & P.M. tea & coffee – with seasonal fruits, pastries and cookies
  • A working lunch buffet or set menu in your meeting room or in our restaurants such as Hoa Mai Restaurant
  • Wifi internet access (please give 24 hours’ notice if you require this)
